南韓有768名敘利亞難民 哀求幫助

據南韓政府統計，過去4年，向南韓申請難民身份的外國人，由2011年的1011人，到去年增加了近三倍，達2896人。然而與聯合國難民協約國的平均難民許可率相比，從2011年至去年7月，南韓的許可率只有3.3%。（王長偉首爾報導）
